The ideal picture for this room
is the one crating a feeling of tranquillity. Bedroom is a
place, where we fall asleep and wake up again and need to
feel maximally relaxed. As in the previous room, larger tapestries
or textile pictures suite these areas. Only the theme should
be a bit more calmer..
The decoration of this room depends
first and most of all on how demanding the work you do here
is - do you need to concentrate, or on the contrary, do you
need some encouragement and stimulation ? We advise you to
choose the theme, technique and colour variations accordingly
to that.

Here, the choice of colours and motives with
technique depends on totally different rules. The environment
of a children's room should:
- Reflect the mental needs of the children
- Calm irritability
- Stimulate development, support
creativity and ability to study.
Children have very different interests depending
on their age, which also have to be taken into account. Colour
tones should therefore be bright, with a majority of strictly
cheerful colours not provoking the children and not distracting
their attention. Very often large surfaces of walls and floors
are covered by light colour shades with complementing small
areas, such as cushions, in rich colours. |
